The internal connections that the included storage has offers much faster data read and write performance, particularly when the interface used is UFS 2.1 - something most high-end smartphones in 2018 use. They rely on the pins to connect to the storage system, and these pins are slow at transferring data. We also have phones like the Galaxy Note 9 that come packed with screens which are best ever put in a computer, very expensive Rs 1 lakh computers included. Or we have phones like the iPhone XS that are theoretically faster than a cheap laptop. It is also the year when we have phones like the Pixel 3, which can rival or even beat proper cameras when it comes to clicking photos.
